Staff FitnessWe ensure that the staff in the kitchen use gloves, masks and goes through temperature checks every 60 minutes. The reports of which are continuously audited throughout the day for any health anomalies including the primary Covid-19 symptoms.
Hand washing every 40 minutesStrict routine of hand washing in regular intervals are mandatory for our kitchen staff. The reports are managed and audited every few hours.
Kitchen & Food SanitizationMandatory food sanitization prior to cooking is followed and a rigid clean up of cooking equipments, vessels, entrance and surrounding areas of kitchen with soaps and disinfectants respectively carries out every few hours; pushing out any bacteria or virus forming residue that may harm the staff or where the food that is being cooked.
Food Quality & Packaging ChecksIn addition to meals being made from high-quality ingredients, our quality manager makes sure that they check for over all taste, texture and ensures packaging of meals in a safe, sanitised manner, where the staff are continuously wearing safety gears and sanitising their hands.
Dispatch & DeliveryContact-less delivery is available. We also see through the process of dispatch and delivery, ensuring that the food handlers are following the safety protocols before pick -ups and drops.
